My teaching goes beyond exercises—it’s about listening to your body and discovering its intelligence. Each session helps you:

Lena is a fabulous Pilates teacher. Her knowledge of the muscle groups and skeletal system, and how they work together, is excellent, and every class seems to be tailored to specific areas for attention. In her online class, she clearly demonstrates and describes each position really well. She also remembers any injuries people have so that she can tell them if they need to do something different. I do her class as a kind of insurance against sciatica, which I used to get but which has certainly been kept at bay. I have been going to her classes for the last 6 years, and I always come away feeling refreshed and relaxed.
